Every Mujhe Batao post and article follows the same rules: facts and figures only, a named source, two-source checks for breaking news, and public corrections.
People share what we post, so we want it to be right. Here is how we work.
Our rules
- Facts and figures only. Who, what, when, where, how many.
- A source on every article. We name it at the bottom: an official body, a reliable news outlet or a reference work.
- Two-source check for breaking news. If we can't confirm it, we wait.
- No opinions on politics, religion, sects or ethnicity.
- No gossip, rumours, leaked videos or private lives.
- Headlines match the facts. No "shocking", no clickbait.
When we get it wrong
We correct it in public: we update the article and say what changed.
